Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders during our current sales period. For non-sale periods or special promotions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
International Shipping
Currently, BRAIA ships within the United States. Orders shipped internationally may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations for potential charges before placing an international order.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@wearbraia.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged items, photos may be requested to process a replacement or refund.
